Banana Berry Smoothie

You will need:

1 cup milk of choice

1/2 cup frozen mixed berries

1/2 sliced banana

1 tsp Kfibre

1/2 tsp vanilla extract

1 tbsp maple syrup

Handful of ice cubes

Make it:

Place all ingredients in a blender and whizz until smooth.
