Fibre and prebiotics can be a little tricky to get on a low FODMAP diet, yet they essential for a healthy gut microbiome. You will need:

1 cup spinach

1½ cups (12 oz) lactose free milk

1 medium frozen banana

1 cup pineapple chunks

½ tsp fresh grated ginger

1 tbsp fresh lemon juice

1 Tbsp maple syrup (optional)

2 tsp Kfibre

Make it:

Add all ingredients to a blender and whizz until smooth

Modifications:

  • Dairy free: Replace lactose free milk with almond milk
  • Gluten free: No changes necessary
  • Kosher: No changes necessary
