KFibre is the only prebiotic that I can take without having any side effects and I have really tried them all. My whole family takes it with great success. Gut microbiome testing has shown improvement in gut bacteria diversity and an increase in the number of Bifido sp. Real results!

Great stuff - recommended by my gastro as part of my IBS management plan. I've gone on to recommend it to friends, family and my GP! The orange version is easy to add to water for a 'first thing in the morning' fibre boost and the neutral version is perfect to add to shakes & oatmeal bowls.
