At KFibre, we are committed to providing you with high-quality products and exceptional service. We understand that sometimes you may need to return a product, and we’ve designed our Return & Refund Policy to be as straightforward as possible. Please read the following policy carefully to understand your rights and obligations regarding returns and refunds.

1. Change of Mind

We do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges for change-of-mind purchases. We encourage you to carefully consider your order before completing your purchase to ensure it meets your needs and expectations.

2. Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a product that is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, we are here to assist you. Please follow the steps below to initiate a return:

  1. Contact Us: Email us at monique@sunrisehealthandwellness.com.au within 7 days of receiving your product. Please include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photographs showing the damage, fault, or incorrect item received.

  2. Return Authorization: Once your request is reviewed, we will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and further instructions on how to return the item. Please do not send back any items without an RA number, as they may not be processed.

  3. Return Shipping: For approved returns due to faulty, damaged, or incorrect items, we will provide you with instructions on how to send the product back to us. All returns should be sent to:

  4. Inspection & Assessment: Upon receiving the returned item, we will inspect it to verify the fault, damage, or error. If the product is deemed to be faulty, damaged, or incorrect, we will proceed with the refund or replacement process.

Important: All items must be returned in their original packaging, including any accessories, manuals, and other documentation. Products that have been used, altered, or damaged after delivery may not be eligible for a refund or replacement.

3. Return Shipping Costs

  • For faulty, damaged, or incorrect items, we will cover the cost of return shipping. Please retain your shipping receipt, and we will reimburse you once the return is processed.
  • For all other returns (if applicable), the customer is responsible for covering the cost of return shipping.

4. Refund Process

  • If your return is approved, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days after receiving and inspecting the returned item.
  • You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.

5. Replacements & Exchanges

  • In the case of a faulty, damaged, or incorrect product, you have the option to request a replacement instead of a refund. Once the returned item is inspected and approved, we will dispatch a replacement product to you as soon as possible.
  • Replacement products are subject to availability. If a replacement is not available, we will process a refund.

6. Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items

The following items are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange:

  • Products that have been opened, used, or damaged by the customer.
  • Items purchased on sale, promotion, or clearance.
  • Gift cards, vouchers, or promotional items.

7. Order Cancellations

  • If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us at monique@sunrisehealthandwellness.com.au as soon as possible. While we will do our best to accommodate your request, orders that have already been processed or shipped cannot be canceled.

8. Lost or Stolen Packages

KFibre is not liable for lost or stolen packages marked as "Delivered" by the carrier. If your tracking information indicates that your package has been delivered but you have not received it, please contact the carrier to file a claim.

9. Warranty Claims

Some products may come with a manufacturer's warranty. Please refer to the product packaging or documentation for warranty details. For any warranty claims, contact us at monique@sunrisehealthandwellness.com.au, and we will assist you in the process.
