Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for change-of-mind purchases. Please carefully consider your purchase before completing your order.
If you receive a product that is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, we are here to help.
Notification: Contact us at monique@sunrisehealthandwellness.com.au within 7 days of receiving your order. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the product and packaging.
Return Instructions: Once your claim is assessed, we will provide instructions for returning the item(s) to us. Please return the product to:

Return Condition: All items must be returned in their original packaging and condition, including all accessories, manuals, and inserts.
Assessment & Resolution: Upon receiving your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the outcome. If approved, we will offer a replacement, exchange, or refund, which will be processed within 7-10 business days to your original payment method.
Note: We reserve the right to deny any return if the item does not meet our return policy criteria.

KFibre is not liable for lost or stolen packages once marked as "Delivered" by the carrier. If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered, but you have not received it, please contact the shipping carrier to file a claim.
