KFibre Shipping Policy

At KFibre, we are committed to providing a seamless shopping experience from the moment you place your order until it arrives at your door. This Shipping Policy outlines our processes for handling orders, shipping, returns, and refunds. By purchasing from us, you agree to the terms outlined below.

Order Processing & Dispatch

  • Order Confirmation: After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email with details of your purchase. Please review your order to ensure all information is correct.
  • Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). During peak periods, sales events, or public holidays, processing times may be extended.
  • Dispatch: Once your order has been processed, you will receive a dispatch confirmation email with tracking information.

Important: Please double-check your shipping details before completing your purchase. KFibre is not responsible for delays or lost orders due to incorrect or incomplete information.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We partner with trusted shipping carriers to ensure safe and prompt delivery of your order.

Domestic Shipping (Australia)

  • Standard Shipping: Estimated 3-7 business days from dispatch.
  • Express Shipping: Estimated 1-3 business days from dispatch.

International Shipping

  • Standard International Shipping: Estimated 7-21 business days, depending on the destination.
  • Express International Shipping: Estimated 3-10 business days, depending on the destination.

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as customs delays, public holidays, or carrier service disruptions.

Shipping Costs

  • Shipping fees are calculated based on the weight, dimensions, destination, and selected shipping method. Final shipping costs will be displayed at checkout.
  • Any applicable promotions or discounts on shipping will be automatically applied at checkout.

Tracking Your Order

  • You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been dispatched. Use this tracking number to monitor the progress of your delivery.
  • If you do not receive your tracking information within 3 business days of placing your order, please contact us at monique@sunrisehealthandwellness.com.au.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

For international orders, customs, duties, and taxes may be applied once your order reaches its destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in your order or shipping costs. We recommend checking with your local customs office for more information.

Returns & Exchanges

At KFibre, we strive for the highest quality, but we understand that issues may arise. Our policy regarding returns and exchanges is as follows:

Change of Mind Policy

Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for change-of-mind purchases. Please carefully consider your purchase before completing your order.

Faulty or Damaged Products

If you receive a product that is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, we are here to help.

  1. Notification: Contact us at monique@sunrisehealthandwellness.com.au within 7 days of receiving your order. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the product and packaging.

  2. Return Instructions: Once your claim is assessed, we will provide instructions for returning the item(s) to us. Please return the product to:

  3. Return Condition: All items must be returned in their original packaging and condition, including all accessories, manuals, and inserts.

  4. Assessment & Resolution: Upon receiving your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the outcome. If approved, we will offer a replacement, exchange, or refund, which will be processed within 7-10 business days to your original payment method.

Note: We reserve the right to deny any return if the item does not meet our return policy criteria.

Return Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, except in cases where the product is confirmed to be faulty or damaged. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your return without tracking.

Order Issues & Delivery Problems

If you experience any issues with your order, including delayed delivery, incorrect items, or if your order hasn’t arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us at monique@sunrisehealthandwellness.com.au for assistance.

Lost or Stolen Packages

KFibre is not liable for lost or stolen packages once marked as "Delivered" by the carrier. If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered, but you have not received it, please contact the shipping carrier to file a claim.

Changes & Cancellations

  • If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at monique@sunrisehealthandwellness.com.au. While we will do our best to accommodate your request, once an order is processed, we cannot guarantee any changes or cancellations.

Refunds

  • Refunds (if applicable) will be processed back to the original payment method within 7-10 business days after the returned item has been received and inspected.
  • You will be notified via email once your refund has been processed.
